Tried out a recipe that calls for veg. oil instead of butter (because i forgot to buy butter yesterday, plus, it’s apparently more healthy) and it turned out to be not as fantastic as I’d expected (and fairly different from the reviews given on the website). Taste-tested a couple and I’m feeling fat and sad (lol it rhymes)...
